TERMS OF SERVICE
CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
Of course you always have choice. You can cancel your reservation to our events under the following conditions.
If you have paid for an event and you cannot attend, you can do one of the following:
resell your ticket and advise us of the new participant.
cancel your ticket no later than two months before the first day of the event and have your full fee refunded.
If you cancel your ticket less than two months but more than one month before the first day of the event you will be refunded 50% of the full fee.
If you cancel less than one month before the first day of the event your fee will NOT be refunded (and you can still resell your ticket and advise us of the new participant.
Any deposits for our events will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If we have to cancel an event for whichever reason, your participation fees and deposits will be refunded in full.
The participants requiring our mentorship after the Creative Experience will receive our input and support, with any questions that may arise regarding their business and creative life. As a participant you will be able to call us on Skype, by Phone, Whatsapp, Messenger or book a Zoom call with any of us and for sessions up to 10 minutes at a time you will not be charged (this is a value of €300/month!). This is strictly limited to participants at one of The Creative Experience events and this offer is valid from the last day of class of the event you have participated in until the first day of the following Creative Experience event and it is limited to a maximum of tow 10-minute calls per month. Any mentorship calls exceeding this limit will be charged the current coaching prices of €150 per started hour.
PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY
By attending our events you agree to be filmed, photographed and have your voice recorded. Should you NOT wish to be captured on video or still camera by any of our team members, please advise us before the event starts and we will respect your wish.
